Please find below 2 sets of pictures of the apartment :

1 - pictures made in May 2011 by GB,
when the apartment was ready to be furnished and fully equipped again if needed.

The kitchen was already partly equipped, only 2 major appliances need to be brought back, as well as small kitchenware and table ware.

2 - pictures made in November and December 2010 by the owners,
when the apartment was furnished and equipped.

The owners are ready :
- after signing an acceptable rental agreement, also listing the furniture and equipment they would bring in before the renters move-in,
- and after they would be receiving a proper and material firm reservation deposit as of contract signature,
- to bring back some of the furniture and equipment shown here (dining table + 6 chairs, washing machine, dishwasher)
- and to bring in additional furniture : probably queen size beds, lamps and cupboards, for the bedrooms, lamppost, sofa and TV set in the living room, kitchenware and tableware in the kitchen.

This list is not necessarily complete here, it would be complete in the rental agreement.
So that the apartment would be fully furnished and equipped within a reasonable delay (probably less than 2 weeks, to be confirmed)
with very few and temporary exceptions when the renters move in (for example, maybe the modem and decoder could arrive a few days later; all major items including all the furniture and appliances, would be there already when the renters would move in)

Please note several plastic cupboards are already on the eastern balcony, for example to store shoes (this was a question during the second visit of the first apartment).

The owners would also order a Freebox Revolution telecommunications system (modem, decoder, allowing high speed access to Internet + TV and telephone services) shortly after signature of the rental the contract,
so that this item could be operational when the users move-in, or shortly afterwards.
Evidence of this order would be supplied upon receiving the order confirmation email from the supplier, shortly after rental agreement signature.
This would avoid the frustrating situation apparently experienced in the first apartment (rue de l'Oasis) where the connection to Internet was apparently not yet installed recently.

Of course the owners are also ready to listen to any specific need you may have, also trying to keep things simple and manageable.
They are persons able to welcome you nicely, especially the landlady originally from Lebanon, a country/culture with a high degree of hospitality.

The apartment is a "no smoking" and "no pet" apartment.
